How much does it cost?
The final price is dependant on how far we need to travel. We cover most areas in the South East, Kent, London, Essex. Prices start from £200 for a 2 hour hire during the day. Evening bookings start from £250 for 3 hours hire.
How do we book?
Contact us to confirm price and availability. If you wish to proceed then a deposit of £100 is required to secure your date, the balance being due on the day
How much notice do you need?
Contact us as soon as you have a date in mind the earlier the better. Although we can sometimes help with last minute bookings.
How much space does it need?
The inflatable wave themed base is 15ft square, however some additional space is required for riders to get on and off the ride and for the operator to control it. Ideally an area 18ft minimum. If being used indoors then a minimum ceiling height of 9ft.
What ages is it suitable for?
The ride is suitable for adults and children. Children from 5 can balance well on the ride, and it is completely safe due to the soft bed. If the dolphin attachment is used then younger children can sit on this ride and the operator will control it very slowly.
What if I need to cancel?
If you have to cancel a booking for any reason the following terms apply: More than 60 days notice then you will be issued with a full refund. Less than 60 days notice and you will lose your deposit. If you cancel on the day then the full amount will be due. See details about "rain check" below.
What about the weather?
We would love to be able to control the weather and let you have a sunny day for your event, although as you know the weather in the UK can be a bit unpredictable. We may be able to supply a marquee that will cover the ride and in cases of light rain you will stay nice and dry. If you are worried about the weather spoiling your day and wish to cancel, then providing you inform us before we attend the function then you can ask us for a "raincheck"- we will hold onto your deposit for you to use on an alternative date. However if we do attend your function and cannot proceed due to the weather you will lose your deposit.
What happens on the day/night?
We will arrive around 45-60 minutes before the agreed start time, we will chat with you on where the equipment is going to be setup. We will then setup and then we will run the equipment for your guests during the event ensuring everyone's safety and enjoyment. At the end of the event we will need about 30 minutes to pack away.
What about Safety?
All of our equipment is designed to be as safe as possible and has annual testing and servicing. A professional operator will setup the equipment and then run it during the event. They will make sure that everyone has an enjoyable time whilst maintaining safety. For outdoor events it is preferable that the equipment is operated on grass. If the equipment is to be operated on a non-grass surface please make sure that we are notified at the time of booking so any necessary additional arrangements can be made.
Is there anything else you need?
We will need access to a 13amp power socket within 25metres of place of hire. If you are supplying a generator then this needs to be a minimum 6.9KVA
